Herbert Ocks has been a practicing attorney for more than 50 years. Mr. Ocks received his bachelor degree from Temple University and his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law. He is an experienced trial lawyer handling all types of civil cases including: vehicular accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, defective products and estates. Mr. Ocks has served as special counsel to the Re-Development Authority and city of Philadelphia for issuance of bonds and represented the legal funds of the following unions: Police (Local 5) Firefighter (Local 22), SEPTA (Local 234), Inquirer (Local 628), Laborers (Local 332), Roofers (Local 30 A-B), as well as other unions.
